PROTOTYPING

The first step into any engineering venture consists of carefully planning the desired specifications, financial budget and time schedule which correspond to both the customer desires and our capacity/competence.

After all of the customer desires have been mapped the actual engineering part begins. This consists (depending on the project complexity) of the following:

Mathematically modeling the geometry according to the specifications (thermodynamics/structural/fluid mechanics/dynamics/etc).
Determining the material specifications.
Designing the 3D CAD models.
Performing (FEA/CFD) simulations.
Producing 2D production drawings with GD&T.

Another part of our activities consist of prototyping and small volume manufacturing.

The activities include:

FDM 3D Printing (Nylon, ABS or PLA)
Milling (Aluminium or Stainless Steel)
Systems Assembly & Integration
