Classical risk managers rely on Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to measure the "diversification" of a 500 asset portfolio. This linear math hallucinates during a Black Swan event, which is why traditionally "hedged" portfolios blow up during liquidity crises.
Like RAQEL, CHLOE bypasses covariance entirely. By fusing up to 500 individual assets (such as the entire S&P 500 Index) into a single Quantum Jensen-Shannon manifold, CHLOE calculates the exact thermodynamic entropy of the global market in one payload.
When the CHLOE score plunges, it mathematically proves that the 500 independent companies in a portfolio have lost their geometric free will and are crystallizing into a single, highly correlated point of failure. It is an Event Horizon alarm, detecting the thermodynamic freeze of a dataset assembly. Meaning all assets are dancing in rhythm and no diversification is in place.
Upon launch, access to the CHLOE feed will be strictly restricted to institutions holding an active RAQEL Node.
