RAQEL: THE LIVE CONTAGION ROUTER

The Autonomous Attention Mechanism

RAQEL (Routing Architecture for Quantum Entropy Localization) is a 1-to-N live attention mechanism. It maps the exact propagation path of an unfolding anomaly across an unconstrained array of connected systems.

RAQEL allows enterprises to track structural contagion or identify explicit non-correlation (immunity) in real-time.

The Vibration vs. The Splash

To understand how RAQEL interprets data across mismatched scales, consider two massive vats of water sitting on a heavily vibrating table. Across the room, isolated on a desk, sits a small teacup.

Standard monitoring algorithms lock onto the table. They measure the continuous, high volume sloshing of the two large vats and report a 99% operational correlation. Suddenly, a heavy rock is dropped into one of the vats. Water violently splashes off the table and lands in the distant teacup.

Standard AI misses the splash entirely. It is too focused on the baseline waves, the daily sloshing of the 2 vats completely blinds the system to the small ripple that the occasional rock splash caused.

And it assumes the large vat and the small teacup are too fundamentally different in scale and distance to interact.

RAQEL evaluates the topology of the event. Our architecture strips away physical volume and scale. When the rock hits, RAQEL ignores the unaffected vat, tracks the invisible momentum of the splash, and measures the pure transfer of thermodynamic shock. It mathematically proves the causal resonance between the vat and the teacup.

Evaluating Hidden Integrity

When a systemic shock hits your primary node (The Starter), RAQEL instantly scans hundreds (with a maximum of 512) of external operational vectors (The Suspects).

It outputs a precise, normalized probability distribution indicating exactly which systems will burst, and which systems possess hidden structural immunity.
