PCB NATIVE WORM DATA
Chemputronium 1S1R primitives can be arranged by customers into simple write once memory structures on a PCB, where programming sets permanent states that can later be read under low-energy conditions.
This can be used to encode fixed configuration and traceability data directly in the board.
What customers typically explore
-
Write once data fields (lot, configuration flags, calibration constants)
-
Board embedded serialization without adding a dedicated memory IC
-
Fixed lookup tables or strap-state banks readable by an MCU
-
Irreversible lifecycle markers written during test, provisioning, or service
Why 1S1R is relevant
-
The WORM element enables permanent state setting without erase cycles.
-
The selector behavior supports denser arrangements in matrix form factors.
-
Customers can define the memory organization that fits their firmware and test flow.

Azoulaye Synapse provides Chemputronium as a materials and process offering. Customers are solely responsible for designing, validating, and implementing any memory scheme and for assessing intellectual property and regulatory considerations for their end products.
